Completing the set from Scum and Villainy is Dread Master Stryak.  I always found this to be a zone filled with just about anything when it comes to mobs from Cartel warlords to giant robot and huge beasts and armies chasing you around the city and then of course to end with a Dread Master.  Well end he did... here he is.  The progression continues in full swing with more and more mobs marked green.  Look out for the new kills as they get reported.
