Guild Plot - Please read

Cool, so for those as lazy as me....

- Right after maintenance on TUESDAY FEB 6th we can get a plot.
- Only Free Companies (who have no other houses) can buy a plot at the moment.  individuals cannot.
- Medium plots (whats we will get) come in 5 classes (not sure what this means but we will want the best one and as its 5th class to 1st class suggests best is 1st class)
- They were release with an original cost of 16mil (5th Class) to 20mil (1st class) and will cost a minimum now of roughly half that amount.  Plots devalue over time.
- If there is availability and the gods shine on us we could get a large plot (if we can we should is always my opinion) for their min set price of 20-25 mil.  Unlikely plots will stay vacant for long enough for this however a large plot full price is also only 40-50mil meaning max possible price for th best plot in the game is currently 50mil.
- After buying a plot we will need to buy a construction permit which will construct the house (cant see if size matters here) for 1 mil.

So total info is from Feb 6th we will have at least a Medium plot (assuming they do indeed become available and my suspicion is a lot will as they will have thought this out) for 21mil.

I agree on the Large if we can get it, the difference between Large and Medium is quite substantial :)

I can send my money over as the 1Mill for construction permit for you once you have secured the plot :)

So what's the next project then ? Getting an airship up and running ? (Airships are like retainers, except they don't bring back worthless fish 95% of the time)
